Changing staff distance within systems

This can be done at the beginning by changing the definition of normalshapemediumseriesnormalshapemediumseries\interfacteur (it is normalshapemediumseries\defined to a number) before the first normalshapemediumseriesnormalshapemediumseries\debutmorceau. But it is also possible to give a new dimension to the dimension register normalshapemediumseriesnormalshapemediumseries\interportee and, optionally, to the dimension register normalshapemediumseriesnormalshapemediumseries\interinstrument (see above).
